Method 1: Self-Service Deletion (Dashboard)
- Log in to your tinydabba account
- Go to Settings → Account
- Scroll to Delete Account
- Click "Delete My Account"
- Confirm deletion (this action is irreversible)
Your data will be deleted within 90 days.
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to info@tinydabba.com with:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Body: Include your registered email, phone number, and reason (optional)
We will respond within 7 business days.

Include:
- Your registered email or phone number
- Request: "I want to delete my tinydabba account"
Fastest method — typically processed within 48 hours.
What Happens After Deletion?
- ✅ Your account will be deactivated immediately
- ✅ Personal data (name, email, phone, profile) deleted within 90 days
- ✅ Public profiles (cards, catalogues) will be removed
- ⚠️ Data we retain:
- Transaction records (7 years for tax compliance)
- Anonymized analytics data
- Data required by law (court orders, investigations)
Important Notes
- Irreversible: Once deleted, you cannot recover your account
- Active Subscriptions: Cancel subscriptions before deletion to avoid future charges
- Physical Cards: NFC cards will stop working after account deletion
- Backups: It may take up to 90 days to remove data from backup systems
